THE VINEYARD, COGGESHALL

Snell David are currently working on the design of a new Wine Centre and a separate dwelling for The Vineyard at Coggeshall. The intention is to replant the site with new vines and create a new regional centre for wine growers and tasters.

Both the house and the Wine Centre hope to use a system build based on the SIPS (structural Insulated panels) principle achieving a Sustainable Code level 5. Solar panels, a ground source heat pump and water recycling will be adopted in addition to the triple glazing and highly insulated walls, floors and roof.
