Snell David were appointed to re-instate this and the adjacent property into two dwellings from their former combined use as a large nursing home. This involved designing two detached family homes with basements and extensions to the rear with Planning and Conservation Area consent from Wandsworth Council.

These properties were subsequently sold separately with Planning approval and Snell David completed the full detail design and construction phases for one of the purchasers.

The property now features an open plan living/kitchen/dining space with improved connection to the landscaped garden to the rear. Internally many existing features have been repaired and restored to retain the grandeur and scale of the existing spaces, whilst modern servicing and electrics etc have been incorporated to ensure property is up to date.
