We were commissioned by the owners to redevelop a very attractive riverside village site in rural Cambridgeshire to create a large new family house in a traditional ‘Arts and Crafts’ style.

An outdated smaller property on the site was demolished to make all this possible.

The completed project has won the Daily Telegraph Home Building and Renovating Award ‘Best Traditional Home 2007’ and an RIBA East Spirit of Ingenuity Award 2006. Publicity surrounding the awards has led to bespoke developers and many private clients wanting a similar approach.
