Hidden amongst the Arts & Crafts Garden Suburb and opposite Norman Shawís famous church sits this large detached Georgian Villa whcih had been left in a state of disrepair.

 

Snell David were engaged to negotiate with London Borough of Ealing to obtain approval to extensive refurbishment, rear and side extensions and rebuilding of the top floor level. Some elements were succesfully pursued to plaaning appeal.The house now has a striking frameless glass extension to the rear and an external glass spiral staircase allowing greater integration with a very large rear garden - probably the largest in Chiswick!
