We have recently gained planning and listed buildings permission for a strategic master-plan and rationalisation of this curtilage listed site.  This includes the addition of detached garages, home office, and garden room, as well as a substantial contemporary kitchen extension to the grade 2 listed thatched cottage.

 

Our clients are thrilled with this result.  The scheme has also been praised by the Local Conservation Officer for successfully securing the sustainable long-term use of the property.  We hope that this sensitive design will enhance both the cottage and the local context for generations to come.
