Snell David have obtained planning permission at appeal to convert and extend this old nursery school into a traditional family home in Blackheath.

The building is of local significance having been designed by Sir Reginald Bloomfield in the early 20th century and it also lies within a Conservation Area. The final planning decision was that the design was sympathetic to the original house and would enhance the property extensively.
