Snell David has recently certified practical completion at this project in Southfields.

 

The extensive rear deck was the last part of the whole-house refurbishment and extension to be completed; the glass framed deck unifies the rear elevation from an elevated position and provides wonderful views down the mature sloping garden.

The brief provided a modern glazed link between the original house and new accommodation over the garage; the link serves as the front entrance and also houses the main staircase, which also enjoys views down the garden.
