We are pleased to have obtained Planning approval for the refurbishment and extension of an existing cottage in North Norfolk.

 

The brief was to expand the living spaces for family gatherings.  Care was taken to balance the volumes of the newly designed spaces with the existing building.  Proposed is a new contemporary wing which interacts with the existing gable end of the cottage through the use of local materials and mirrored proportions
