Uttlesford District Coucil approved the ambitious plans to convert a Grade 2 Listed former primary school into a beautiful family home. The client's children attended when they were younger, so the family have a long standing relationship with the building.

The proposals removal of an unsightly block to rear of building, and provide a new and more sympathetic two storey extension to the existing house, along with full refurbishment internally and externally.
