This project is very typical of the type of projects that the practice undertakes in London in terms of both value, size and content.

 

The clients bought a very tired semi-detached Victorian house split into flats and wanted to convert it back to a family home refreshed with a modern flavour.

 

Consent was sought for an extension to the rear and enlargement of the roof accommodation. Elsewhere the house was subject to extensive repair, improvement and modernisation.
