HAZLEWELL ROAD

PUTNEY

Having seen other completed Snell David projects locally, the owners of this property asked us to consider options for re-modelling the rear of this sizeable detached house in Putney.

The project involved the removal of an over-heating conservatory and the creation of a large family room / kitchen / dining area with full-width sliding doors to the rear, protected from the weather beneath a small projecting canopy. This provided generous daylight to the new space and views across the full rear garden. The more practical side of the challenge included the provision of a utility / boot room and kitchen larder within the heart of the house at ground floor level.

Elsewhere within the house the project extended to include full re-wiring, re-plumbing, heating and decoration works on the upper floors. This work was all undertaken within a tight timescale whilst the owners were on holiday.
