This project involved the remodelling and refurbishment of a three-bedroom apartment in Kensington, located within the Earl's Court Village Conservation Area.

The works comprised a full re-fit of the whole floor a replacement kitchen and bathroom as well as modest structural works and new finishes throughout.

As with other works in buildings of multiple occupancy there were the usual challenges of obtaining the appropriate consents, working in difficult conditions and the need to be considerate to neighbours.
