Planning approval was granted in February 2025 for a single-storey extension connecting a recently built detached house to its separate garage. The approved scheme also includes the partial conversion of the garage into habitable accommodation, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the resident family. The design enhances both the usability and coherence of the property while remaining respectful of the existing architecture and local character.
