Planning approval was granted in March 2025 for a new residential development in Shepreth, located in South Cambridgeshire. The approved scheme comprises six new homes of varying sizes and forms, thoughtfully designed to reflect the character and materials of the local vernacular architecture. The site occupies a unique position, being equally split between brownfield and greenfield land. It was formerly home to ‘Kenzies Coaches’, a family-run business that served the area for 72 years.
