A contemporary take on Arts and Crafts for this Cambridge home. Hand-jointed Douglas fir cladding and projecting oriel windows echo the craftsmanship of the original house, framing garden views. A simple pergola shades the dining room glazing, while a zinc-clad dormer adds generous space beneath the roof. Set within a conservation area, the scheme has recently gained consent, with work now starting on site.
