Snell David Architects have obtained planning permission to refurbish and remodel this house and detached garage in Worplesdon.

The proposal includes a new glass link with sedum roof connecting the existing house to a reconstructed garage.  The garage will now include games facilities, a gym as well as guest accommodation.

 

Works to the house include new balconies with large glass sliding doors to create a greater connection between the house and garden.
