Snell David has obtained planning permission to renovate a listed farm house and outbuildings in Boxworth, Cambridgeshire.

The design comprises side extensions and a contemporary single storey extension to the rear linking the main body of the house to an existing 19th century pavilion. The project also involves the design of a yard to the side of the main house, with a new barn, refurbishment of an existing barn and a new external leisure area with swimming pool and greenhouse.
