During the strip out of this grade II listed property in Richmond there were some interesting historically significant discoveries.

Once the plasterboard was removed the original 18th century timber boarding was revealed that was known to be in place when the building was a boarding house that Virginia Wolfe frequented.

In addition an underground conveyor belt into the neighbouring property was discovered from when the building was used as a storage facility for Boots.
